• Inclusions

  • All utilities including electricity, water, and heating are included.
  • Final cleaning service is provided.
  • Upon arrival, guests receive a welcome hamper stocked with Nespresso Capsules and estate products. Please note that while the villa is self-catered, we are delighted to offer an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil, and coffee capsules.
  • Enjoy unlimited use of Wi-Fi internet access throughout your stay.
  • Our concierge service is available from 9 am to 7 pm daily and for emergencies outside of these hours.
  • Maid service is provided between 9.30 am and 1.30 pm six days a week, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Full gardening and pool cleaning services.
  • Pool heating is included at a standard temperature upon request during peak season. In other seasons, pool heating is not included and is based on consumption. Please note that pool heating is unavailable in mid-season.
  • For guests staying for two consecutive weeks or more, we provide a weekly linen and pool towels change, along with a change of bathroom towels twice per week.
  • A shuttle service to/from the estate restaurant is available daily for dinner time, with a maximum of 8 people per trip. Multiple round trips per villa are not available.
  • Each bathroom is equipped with soaps, shampoos, and shower caps.
  • Upon arrival, guests receive a provision of dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, and washing-up liquid.
  • Throughout your stay, our staff will provide toilet paper, kitchen sponges, and garbage bags. Please note that garbage will be serviced by staff during maid service.

  Security Deposit & Notes

  • $1,200 payable in advance to YLV and returned after your stay less any damage or unpaid fees.
  • Transfer policy: only transfers arranged through the estate are allowed to access to the property.
  • We strongly suggest all guests to have their own rental car.
  • Sport cars and low-height cars are not suitable for the gravel roads.
  • The welcoming service is intended for key collecting and a brief explanation of the villas. Please note that we cannot grant multiple welcoming services for the same group.
  • It is preferable to explore the Estate on foot or by bike. Should you wish to move around the Estate by car, ask your Concierge for a transfer within the Estate.
