This expansive 19th-century villa sprawls across five acres of private gardens, featuring amenities like a tennis court, swimming pool, and breathtaking views, along with private mooring directly in front of the villa. Nestled in a southeast-facing position, Villa Camilla offers a panoramic vista of Lake Como’s three arms and the majestic mountains beyond. The property is adorned with ancient sequoias, cedars, oaks, magnolias, and palms, adding to its natural allure.
Although not situated directly on the lake, Villa Camilla stands across the road from Lake Como and its private landing. A gated entrance and sweeping lawns lead from the lakeside road up to the villa.
Ideal for large groups, weddings, family reunions, or gatherings of friends, Villa Camilla offers a romantic ambiance and ample space. All king beds can be converted into twins, providing flexibility for couples or singles.
The villa serves as a convenient base for day trips around the lake, into the mountains, or to nearby destinations like southern Switzerland, Como, or Milan. Various recreational activities such as bicycle rentals, motorboat rentals, waterskiing, and pitch-and-putt golf are available within a 10-minute drive in Menaggio. Windsurfing can be enjoyed in Menaggio, Colico, and Cremia, while several golf courses are accessible within a 20-minute drive. Horseback riding facilities are also nearby.
With 7,000 square feet of interior space and an additional 1,500 square feet of covered terraces, Villa Camilla offers a spacious retreat. Recently renovated, the villa retains its traditional charm, boasting polished floors and a grand staircase. Each bedroom features a modern ensuite bathroom for added comfort.

Welcome drink and fresh flowers
Buffet “Welcome Dinner “provided on arrival (up to 20 people only)
Cook service for dinner (food and beverages not included). The cook will also buy all the necessary food which is to be paid for directly in cash at the end of the stay. An amount of € 1.500 is to be paid upon arrival as a deposit. The chef will be available to the guests throughout their stay at the Villa.

The main villa sleeps 16. Two extra guests can be accommodated in the handicapped-accessible room at no extra charge. Must be booked in advance.
The guest house sleeps 2 additional people. This is available upon request and must be arranged for in advance. No cost.
Extra bed (2 maximum) is 350 Euros per bed/week for children only.
No more than 20 guests total are admitted.
