Experience Rome in this beautifully appointed apartment, just steps from the Tiber River and within walking distance of the Vatican, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps, and Castel Sant’Angelo. Around the corner, you’ll find restaurants, bistros, wine bars, bookstores, and boutique shops.
This spacious apartment (2,690 sq ft) is located on the 2nd floor of an elegant building with an elevator. It features beautiful floors, large windows with ample natural light, fine art, high ceilings, elegant furniture, and plenty of space.
Set back from the street and screened by a large tree, the building contains four apartments. Across the street is a hotel, convenient for tours, taxis, and even breakfast.
The living room is divided into two areas: a parlor-like entry with chairs, a table, and a tall bureau with a hidden television, and a second area with facing sofas and antique side pieces. Two large windows overlook the neighboring garden. The living room is air-conditioned.
The dining room features a beautiful hand-blown Murano glass chandelier and a lovely golden Chinese panel. The table comfortably seats eight. Adjacent to the dining room is a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first and second master bedrooms have king-size beds and access to the balcony. Two additional bedrooms have split king beds, and a fifth bedroom has a single bed. All bedrooms except the single are air-conditioned.
The bathrooms are modern and newly renovated. The largest bathroom has a shower over the bathtub. The second bathroom features a large step-in shower. The third bathroom is small but also includes a comfortable shower.

For guests who book for more than one week, the bed linens and towels will be delivered and the old ones will be exchanged.
For guests who book for more than 2 weeks, we include one day of cleaning service, bed linens and towel change
Supplementary:
The final cleaning is €200, to be paid in cash on arrival
Maid service (bed linen changing, or extra cleanings) is available for €15 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
Extra bed linens changing is available for €25 per bed + maid service if requested
Extra towels change: €12 per person
Grocery shopping, cooking, babysitting, and personal shopping are available for €15 per hour
Maid and other services on Sundays and holidays: €30 per hour
Late check-in after 6 pm is €100, payable on check-in
Food stocking service €50 + cost of receipts payable on check-in
The maid and other services are payable in cash with a receipt
Security Deposit & Notes:
Payable in advance to YLV and refunded a month after your stay less any damage or unpaid fees
No smoking, not even on the balcony
City tax has to be paid in cash upon arrival (€3.50 per night per person) Children up to 10 years old are exempt. It is valid only up to 10 days
